Who do you work with?
Established and emerging roadside retail brands — travel centers, fuel and convenience, QSR, coffee, grocery-anchored, and EV charging. We also welcome landowners: if you have a parcel on a serious corridor, submit it and we'll score it.
Do you actually buy the land?
Yes — "We buy locations" is literal. Depending on the deal, we acquire and deliver title-ready ground, hold an option, or assign the contract. Flexible structures, transparent terms, and you're never bidding against your own site.
What data backs a recommendation?
Every site arrives as an SSG Scorecard: 24/7 traffic counts (AADT), drive-time demographics, five-year growth models, competitor-gap analysis, access and visibility scoring, and an entitlement and utility risk review. If the number isn't there, neither are we.
How fast can you deliver a site?
A typical file runs 90–120 days from first scout to signed contract, with entitlements running in parallel where the county allows. Delivered means construction-ready — clean title, cleared conditions, and a build path your team can start on Monday.
What markets do you cover?
